9. Refund Policy
9.1 Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A successful payment has been processed, but the corresponding funds are not credited to your account
- Extended technical issues or system failures prevent us from providing our gaming services
- Duplicate payments are made due to payment gateway errors or technical malfunctions
9.2 Refund Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

9.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be declined in the following circumstances:
- ❌ The deposited funds have already been credited and partially or fully used
- ❌ More than three (3) days have passed since the payment was completed
- ❌ We determine, through reasonable investigation, that the account has engaged in fraudulent activity, cheating, abuse of the platform, or conduct that negatively affects other users
10. Account Termination by User
You may choose to discontinue using our services and close your account at any time by submitting a request through our official Customer Support channels.
Subject to applicable verification procedures, withdrawal requirements, and any other conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions, any eligible remaining cash balance in your account will be processed and returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
11. Cash Balance and Virtual Accounts
11.1 Maintaining a Cash Balance
Participation in cash games requires you to maintain a positive cash balance within your account.
11.2 Account Balance Structure
Your account balance may consist of multiple components, including deposited funds, winnings, and promotional bonus credits. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

💳 Deposits must originate from payment instruments in your name
💵 All transactions must be in Indian Rupees (INR)
Cash winnings and bonuses are credited separately
Withdrawals only processed to verified bank accounts in your name
Inactive Accounts: If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we reserve the right to process, return, or forfeit certain balances where permitted by law and these Terms after providing any notices required by applicable regulations.
11.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
TDS: Where required under applicable Indian tax laws, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be withheld from eligible winnings before they are credited to your account. Users are responsible for providing valid PAN information and any supporting documentation requested for tax compliance purposes. Failure to submit the required information within the prescribed timeframe may delay withdrawals or result in the withholding or forfeiture of eligible winnings where permitted by applicable law.
