8 Reasons for a Bingo 101 Bonus Not Credited
1. The Bonus Is in a Mailbox, Not Your Balance
Weekly Cashback and Sunday Cash Drop prizes go to the game mailbox. The Mystery Bonus goes to the Promo mailbox. Nothing appears in your balance until you open the mailbox, and an uncollected Mystery Bonus does not roll into the next day.

Referral Reward Not Credited
Referral rewards are the slowest to show because they depend on someone else’s account.
